Lily: Daddy, will you please sing the song from [Disney movie]?
Scott agrees and tries his best to sing the song (not telling you what song she asked me to sing).
Lily: That song’s too hard for you. I’m going to ask mommy to sing it!
Scott: (Sarcastically) Oh gee! Thanks!

hahaha, I'm never quite sure if kids' honesty is a good thing or not. I'm never going to sing in front of her, who knows what she'd say about my singing voice.
None of my kids would have said that. Of course neither Dad or I would be asked to sing in the first place
