I thought it would be funny to post the above picture from my trip as my "profile" picture of Google chat (this is usually a picture of ones' self that shows up next to your name in the list of people who are online). Most people can't tell what it is because it's so small but it makes me laugh.
Brent pinged me today and said....

That's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. Did you eat that?
I should clarify that this was not served this way. We got a little raucous after 10 courses of the most disgusting food we'd ever seen, plus the others were drinking rather disgusting Chinese form of moonshine. One of the guys at our table decided to put together some of the disgusting dishes. Adding the shrimp was my idea though.
I ate very little of this meal as was the case for many of the Chinese and Taiwanese meals.
ha ha, good diet plan. Just keep this picture around. :)
